A lovely member from Mel Minders came across a Spanish article and shared the info with us. Read below…

I just read in a well respected Spanish language magazine that:

* Mel and Robyn have been LEGALLY separated, as in papers filed in court, since 2006.

* Hollywood didn’t tear them apart, and neither did Oksana, “Mel has a lot of demons and no one can put up with that. Robyn tried for almost 30 years, but it was impossible.”

* There is no hatred or animosity between them, they grew apart and realized that they wanted different things in life.

* Mel only met Oksana in 2007-2008 and Robyn has known about them all along. She didn’t go public about knowing about their relationship because it was a private, family situation and there was no need, until the pics came out.

* She only filed for divorce because the paparazzi pics came out and she wanted to make it clear that she and Mel were not together and Mel was not cheating on her behind her back.

* She knew full well that Mel took Oksana on vacation in Costa Rica.

* The timing of when the divorce papers were filed had nothing to do with Robyn. Her lawyer files the divorce papers and didn’t realize it was Tommy’s birthday. Also, her lawyer is Laura Wasser, who is Jewish, and didn’t think about the significance of filing papers during Holy Week/Easter. None of it was some masterplan by Robyn.

So, ladies and gentlemen, believe it, don’t believe it, but there you have it. It makes sense to me. I know we’d all like to think that Robyn is the scorned woman, but I think we all feel more scorned than she does.

Following the announcement that his wife of 28 years, Robyn, had just filed for divorce, Mel Gibson spent a few days relaxing in Costa Rica. “He went to eat ice cream and then went shopping,” said a local shopkeeper in Samara, where the Oscar winner, 53, owns a $25 million estate nearby. Accompanied by a friend, a laid-back Gibson made like any other tourist April 15, also stocking up on beach gear at a souvenir shop.

Back in L.A., the mood was considerably more tense. With his reps claiming Mel and Robyn separated nearly three years ago, attention has intensified on the actor’s relationship with Oksana Grigorieva, 39, a Russian musician signed to Gibson’s label. Public records indicate that Grigorieva, an ex of actor Timothy Dalton’s, has been living in a house owned by a trust linked to Gibson’s production company. And a woman bearing her likeness visited the Boston set of his film Edge of Darkness in the fall, went on a Costa Rican vacation with Gibson and some of his family members earlier this year and was spotted several times at a Russian restaurant in L.A. with Gibson and some friends. Gibson’s rep declined comment on the relationship.

For his part, Gibson ended the week at his church in L.A., where he attended Sunday services without his family. “He was drinking coffee with guests,” one churchgoer said of the actor. “He seemed very relaxed.”

“The tension between Mel and Robyn was obvious,” a source says of the couple (in July 2008). “During family dinners, they sometimes wouldn’t speak.”

Mel Gibson, who spent last week in Costa Rica following news of his pending divorce, traded his beach clothes for a suit and tie so he could attend his private church in Malibu on Sunday.

“He was drinking coffee with church guests and seemed very relaxed,” a churchgoer said about Gibson, who mingled with the other congregants for about an hour after Mass.

Before Sunday, the actor-filmmaker was spotted near his sprawling estate in Costa Rica just days after his wife Robyn filed for divorce after 28 years of marriage. Gibson, 53, has been recently linked to Russian musician Oksana Grigorieva, 39.

The actor, who appeared to be on vacation, was not alone. He was spotted with a blonde-haired woman, a man in his 20s and a young boy who never left his side, said a witness. Grigorieva was not seen on their outings.

“[He] went to eat ice cream and then he went shopping,” said José Morales, an employee at a car-rental agency, who spotted the group last week.

The visitors ordered espresso and double-scoops of ice cream before Gibson spent more than $500 on souvenirs, which included wooden bowls and potholders, says another witness.

On Saturday, Gibson left Costa Rica. He was seen Sunday attending 9 a.m. Mass at the Church of the Holy Family, hidden in the tree-covered mountains outside of Los Angeles.

Shortly after Mel Gibson’s wife Robyn filed for divorce last week, details emerged about a woman the actor-filmmaker has been spending a lot of time with – even taking her on a family vacation to Costa Rica – named Oksana. She is, sources tell People, a Russian singer signed to Mel Gibson’s record label, Icon Records.

Now the identity of his mystery girlfriend may be revealed: Public records suggest Oksana Grigorieva, 39, an ex of former James Bond star Timothy Dalton, has lived in a house linked to Gibson, 53.

The home, purchased in Sherman Oaks, Calif., in December 2008, has an ownership trust administered by the CFO of Mel Gibson’s production company, Icon.

While neither Grigorieva nor Gibson have commented, Grigorieva certainly resembles the leggy brunette photographed with Gibson on the Boston set of his upcoming film, Edge of Darkness, and seen frolicking in the surf with the star in Costa Rica.

A composer, Grigorieva is dedicated to her craft, her former agent Victor Kruglov tells People. “She’ll never give up with her music,” says Kruglov, who has seen photographs of Mel’s mystery woman and believes she and Grigorieva are one and the same. “She loves it.”

Though she rarely confided in him about her love life, Kruglov says Grigorieva did once complain about trouble with a boyfriend – but stopped short of sharing specifics. “She was always very discreet about her personal business,” he adds.

She has one son with the 69-year-old Dalton, Alexander, who is based in Los Angeles.

The Other Oksanas
Before Grigorieva entered the picture, no fewer than three “Oksanas” were fingered as Gibson’s Russian doll, sparking an international mystery befitting 007’s skills:

• Almost immediately after Gibson’s divorce proceedings hit the news, media reports ID’d her as Oksana Kolesnikova, a pianist and composer who performs five days a week at the Beverly Hills Hotel’s Polo Lounge.

There’s just one problem: Kolesnikova, a blonde, has been happily married for 10 years and is four months pregnant. “I have nothing to do with [Gibson],” the singer tells People. “The only contact I had with him was when he came in to dine at the Polo Lounge. He seemed like a gentleman.”

• Days later, Russian pop star Oksana Pochepa, 24, came out of the woodwork and told British newspapers that she’s the one dating Gibson – and is the woman seen in photos hugging him in Costa Rica.

“This is serious and I hope that our union will be real and strong and long-lasting,” Pochepa told the Sun tabloid of her alleged relationship with Gibson. However, Pochepa doesn’t look much like the woman in the photos taken in Boston.

• Meanwhile, back in January, the Latin American Herald Tribune ran a photo of yet another Oksana – Oksana Lovoushka, a blonde artist the paper says was in Mexico with Gibson in January filming her music videos. Lovoushka, too, hasn’t commented.

Mel Gibson’s $900 million divorce may have a star witness in court — his mistress!

Radar Online broke the news that Oksana Grigorieva, former girlfriend of James Bond star Timothy Dalton, is Mel’s mistress and the woman pictured embracing him in Costa Rica earlier this year. Grigorieva and Dalton have a child together.

“Mel’s mistress could be hauled into court for some very uncomfortable testimony,” lawyer Royal Oakes told Radar Online. “If subpoenaed in the divorce, she would have to testify about what Gibson has given her.

“Such information could be very relevant to key questions in the divorce, such as when Gibson separated from his wife, and as to community property funds earned before that separation, what happened to the money.”

Mel’s wife Robyn did not list a date of separation when she filed the divorce papers. But Mel, in his response, said the couple split three years ago! The earlier the split, the less money Mel potentially has to pay to Robyn, because anything earned after the split would not be considered community property.

Oakes, who is not representing any of the parties in the divorce and does not have knowledge of Mel’s relationship with Oksana, says that if Robyn can prove Mel spent money on his mistress before the married couple split, Robyn would be entitled to a share of that amount.

“Mrs. Gibson may be able to figuratively take the jewelry off the mistress’ neck,” Oakes told Radar Online.

The former partner of 007 star Timothy Dalton is the latest Russian linked to Mel Gibson’s $1.2 billion marriage bust-up.

While a lonely and miserable Gibson wandered on a beach in Costa Rica, Oksana Grigorieva was named as the new love in his life.

She is the fourth Oksana linked to Gibson since a mystery Russian woman by that name was seen frolicking with him on the same Costa Rican beach last month.

The Soviet-born musician, 38, separated from Dalton two years ago. She has a son called Thomas with Dalton and lives in London.

Neither she nor Dalton could be contacted on Thursday.

Gibson, 53, could not conceal his anguish, just a day after wife Robyn filed for divorce after 28 years.

The Mad Max star looked unkempt and miserable, with grubby shorts and wild hair.

Last month’s beach frolic with Oksana is thought to have finally torn his marriage apart, after several years of strained relations.

Grigorieva was added to the list of Oksana candidates, which included Russian pianist Oksana Kolesnikova, who put out a statement denying she was romantically involved with Gibson.

Then came 24-year-old Russian pop singer Oksana Pochepa, who has made unsubstantiated claims that she was in a relationship with the star, saying: “This is serious and I hope that our union will be real and strong and long-lasting.”

Another woman, looking similar to Grigorieva, was recently photographed coming out of Gibson’s trailer during a filming of his movie Edge of Darkness in Boston.

Gibson and his wife are said to have lived apart since 2006.

She is said to have started a career in real estate, buying properties in California and Las Vegas.

Gibson and his wife have seven children, six of them adults. She is seeking joint custody of the youngest, Tom.

Gibson was one of the highest paid and most popular actors in the 1990s, winning best director and best picture Oscars for his 1995 film Braveheart.

But his reputation was tarnished by two drink-driving arrests, an alcohol-fuelled tirade against Jewish people, and a rant against homosexuals.

Even by the cultish standards of some of California’s wackier religious sects, the Holy Family Catholic Church is something of an oddity.

Perched high above the Pacific and just a few miles from the glitzy confines of Malibu, it is reached by a narrow, winding road that stops at a security lodge manned 24 hours a day.

Access beyond these gates to the Spanish-style mission church a quarter of a mile up the private drive is for a select few only.

Even those who clear the rigorous security checks will be monitored by the CCTV cameras hidden in the poplar and olive trees that stand sentry over the church’s formal Tuscan-style gardens.

It is here for the past two years that Mel Gibson has regularly attended the 9am Mass conducted in Latin at which female members of the congregation are expected to wear long dowdy skirts, prim blouses and flat shoes, and to cover their hair with lace veils.

Robyn Gibson, long-suffering wife of Mel Gibson, reportedly spent $50 million more than she was supposed to on the family’s new Catholic Church when news of her husband’s infidelity hit the tabloids again. After new photos of Mel and his mistress frolicking by the ocean in Costa Rica made the rounds, Robyn decided to take a new, passive aggressive approach to her husband’s cheating.

Scandal-scarred Mel Gibson is paying a high price for humiliating his wife with his womanizing – in fact, sources say he’s paying more than $50 million!

That’s how much Robyn Gibson has spent after silently suffering through Mel’s liaisons with other women and other betrayals. With Mel refusing to consider divorce, Robyn has enraged him by spending his fortune.

In his latest indiscretion, Mel was caught kissing a beautiful bikini-clad young woman on a beach in Costa Rica. Shocking photographs showed the star cuddling with the shapely brunette and frolicking in the surf with her.

But sources close to Mel’s wife say that she has found a way to get revenge.

Robyn has been overseeing the building budget for Holy Family Chapel. While Mel wasn’t paying attention, she spent close to $60 million, say sources who reveal the original budget was $10 million.

“Holy Family was long seen as Mel’s redemption for his alcoholism and cheating,” confided an insider. “Mel thought that sinking a fortune into his church would show how sincere he is about leading a religious life.”

But he never dreamed Robyn would allow the cost to get so astronomical, said the insider.

The “Braveheart” star, 52, entrusted Robyn – who handles the family’s finances, since he’s often off filming – with the business aspects of building the chapel near their home in Malibu, Calif., and that’s when the trouble started, said the source.

“Mel’s original budget was $10 million. But Robyn’s spent close to $60 million, and the church isn’t even finished!” said the source.

Robyn’s unhappiness over Oscar-winning Mel’s DUI arrest in 2006, his string of extramarital hijinks, and their sons Edward’s and Christian’s rehab stints in 2007 have played a huge role in her overspending, claims the insider.

“Robyn’s been so distracted that she skipped meetings with the contractors. That caused delays in construction and meanwhile, the workers were still getting paid.

“Logical or not, Robyn is letting that church go way over budget as her way of making Mel pay.”

This story sounds a little weird to me. I was under the impression that this church was Mel’s big vanity project – previous reports claim that he was very involved in the construction of it. But perhaps the new movie he’s working on, along with his young mistress, have taken precedence lately. You’d think that if Robyn Gibson really is fed up with her husband, she wouldn’t be investing extra money into his vanity project- she’d be storing it away somewhere for herself, in the event that they do split up. Whether this story is true or not, it can’t be easy for Robyn. She and Mel have been married for 28 years through many ups and downs. For him to be so casually about this relationship with another woman has to hurt.
